Chrysa Rapanta

I was born in Thessaloniki, Greece in 1982. In 1999 I entered the Aristotle University with the biggest note at a national level. There I studied Psychology until 2004. At the same time I followed some basic studies in Drama, Drama-therapy and Group Animation. From 2004 since 2006 I realized 2 post-graduate studies, one on Applied Creativity at the University of Malaga, Spain, and the other on Cognitive Educational Psychology at the University of Granada, Spain.

I obtained the Diplome of Advanced Studies and the Research Sufficiency in 2006 presenting a pre-doctorate project on Argumentation and Teacher Education. My previous research activities were focused on the application of creative methods of training and therapy and were held in collaboration with the Universities of Thessaloniki and Barcelona. I have attended and participated in many European Conferences related to Psychology and Education.

My professional experience consists of diverse activities. Since 1998 until 2007 I have worked as a psychologist, educative assistant, language teacher, drama educator, socio-cultural animator, client assistant, waitress, cook, baby-sitter, saleswoman, actress, radio-producer etc. In my free time, if disposed, I like dancing, meditating and reading poetry or philosophy. I live for traveling and I travel to live.
