Anja Gebhardt
Anja Gebhardt studied Business Education at the Friedrich-Schiller-University of Jena, Germany, including a stay at Högskolan Dalarna, Sweden.
After receiving her diploma in May 2007 she worked as a research assistant at the chair for business and vocational education at University of Jena. During that time and within her diploma thesis she focused her interests on self-regulated learning and its meaning in students’ life. According to that she explored the effects of several internal an external factors of self-regulated learning on students' learning behaviour and their success.
Since she holds a scholarship of red-ink doctoral school she aims to analyze the impact of learning environment in higher education, which will be base for improving students learning.
In her leisure time she likes to read books, to do sports and to become acquainted with different cultures and countries.
