Hamed Alavi
Hamed S. Alavi is currently working on his PhD degree within CRAFT, an EPFL group headed by Pierre Dillenbourg. His academic background encompasses two master degrees, one in Telecommunication Systems and one in Computer Engineering, from EPFL and University of Tehran respectively. Hamed was involved in the design and implementation of an e-learning software system that is currently used by more than 30,000 students.
His research focuses on integrating information and telecommunication technologies into learning environments (classrooms, affinity spaces, etc.) with a special interest for collaborative learning.
